Why Might Payment Modes Not Show Up?
There are two main reasons why payment options might be missing from your invoices:

Unchecked Payment Mode: Ensure you have selected a valid payment mode for the specific invoice.

Online Payment Gateway Misconfiguration: If using an online payment gateway:
- Matching Currencies: Verify that the invoice currency matches the currencies listed (comma-separated) in Setup > Settings > Payment Gateways.
- Gateway Activation: Confirm that the chosen online payment gateway is active within Thulo Cloud.
- Currency Compatibility: While Thulo Cloud transmits the invoice currency to the gateway, the gateway might use its own supported currencies for billing. It's your responsibility to ensure compatibility.
Here's How to Check:
- Invoice Currency: Navigate to Setup > Finance > Currencies and verify the invoice currency code matches the currencies listed in Setup > Settings > Payment Gateways.
Important Notes:
- Thulo Cloud doesn't control the billing currency used by payment gateways. They typically use their own supported currencies.
- As the invoice creator, you're responsible for informing customers about available payment gateways and ensuring the invoice currency aligns with their payment method.
Resolving the Issue:
- Double-check the payment mode selection for the invoice.
- If using an online gateway, ensure currency compatibility and gateway activation.
- Adjust the invoice currency if necessary to match your customer's preferred payment method.
