This article explains how to leverage Predefined Replies within Thulo Cloud to save time and streamline your support ticket response process.

Creating Predefined Replies:

  1. Navigate to Setup in Thulo Cloud.
  2. Go to Support and then Predefined Replies.
  3. Click on the button "Add Predefined Reply".

Composing Your Reply:

  • In the designated area, craft your commonly used reply content that you can reuse for future tickets.
  • You can format the text for clarity and readability using the available editing tools.

Using Predefined Replies:

  1. While replying to or opening a ticket, locate the button "Add Predefined Reply".

  2. Clicking this button will open a popup modal displaying your created replies.

  3. Find the relevant predefined reply you want to insert.

  4. Click the plus icon next to the desired reply to insert it into the ticket reply field.
