Connect Thulo Mail to email client (outlook/thunderbird)

Follow the instructions below to get the configuration details to connect your Thulo Mail account into Outlook & Thunderbird or Your Mobile Devices.

STEP 1: Login to your Thulo Mail account by visiting: https://mail.thulo.com/appsuite/

STEP 2: On top right side, click on Setting icon and click on "Connect your device" link after scrolling

STEP 3: Choose the appropriate device type, such as Windows for Outlook or Thunderbird:

STEP 4: Click App type as "Email"

STEP 5: Here you will find the appropriate settings for Outlook/Thunderbird configuration:

Please try to add your e-mail address you@yourdomain.com to check whether your e-mail client can automatically configure your e-mail account.

If an automatic configuration is not possible, please use the following information to manually set up your e-mail account:

Incoming Server Settings (IMAP)

Server: imap.thulo.com

Port: 993

Username: enter your email address

Connection: SSL/TLS

Password: enter your email password

Outgoing Server Settings (SMTP)

Server: smtp.thulo.com

Port: 587

Username: enter your email address

Connection: STARTTLS

Password: enter your email password
