This guide explains how to create new email accounts for your Thulo Mail, provided you have available licenses.
Prerequisites:
- A Thulo Mail subscription with available email account licenses.
- Your Thulo Mail account login credentials.
Steps:
- Log In: Access your Thulo Mail client account at https://business.thulo.com/login.
- Navigate to Services: Once logged in, navigate to Services > My Services.
- Select Thulo Mail Service: Click on the specific Thulo Mail service you purchased.
- Access Email Accounts: In the right-side menu under Management, click on "Email Accounts".
- Create New Account: Click the blue button labeled "+ Create Account" on the right side.
- Fill Out Details: A pop-up window will appear. Fill in the required information for the new email account, including:
- Username: The desired username for the email address (e.g., yourname).
- Password: Create a strong password for the new account.
- Storage Quota: Specify the storage limit for the email account in MegaBytes (10 GB = 10240 MB).
- Confirm Creation: Once you've filled in the details, click "Confirm" to create the new email account.
That's it! Your new email account has been successfully created within your Thulo Mail domain.
