Creating a New Knowledge Base Group

Create and organize knowledge base groups to categorize articles by topics like Domains or Hosting, enhancing accessibility and management.

Navigate to Groups:
- From the main menu, go to Knowledge Base -> Groups and click "New Group."
- From the main menu, go to Knowledge Base -> Groups and click "New Group."

Group Details:
- Enter a Group Name, choose a Color for visual identification, and provide a Short Description for context.
- Specify the Order for group organization.
- Check Disabled to hide all articles within this group.

Save:
- Click "Save" to create the new group.

Organize Articles:
- When creating new knowledge base articles, select this group to categorize and organize them effectively.
