Creating a New Knowledge Base Group

Create and organize knowledge base groups to categorize articles by topics like Domains or Hosting, enhancing accessibility and management.

Body

  1. Navigate to Groups:

    • From the main menu, go to Knowledge Base -> Groups and click "New Group."

  2. Group Details:

    • Enter a Group Name, choose a Color for visual identification, and provide a Short Description for context.
    • Specify the Order for group organization.
    • Check Disabled to hide all articles within this group.
  3. Save:

    • Click "Save" to create the new group.
  4. Organize Articles:

    • When creating new knowledge base articles, select this group to categorize and organize them effectively.
