Control customer signup in Thulo Cloud! Allow customers to register or create them manually. Choose their language for the customer area.

This article explains how to control customer self-registration within Thulo Cloud and the implications for your customer onboarding process.
Enabling/Disabling Customer Registration:
- Navigate to Setup within Thulo Cloud.
- Go to Settings and then Customers.
- Locate the option "Allow clients to register".
- Choose "Yes" toย enable customer registration, or "No" to disable it.
Customer Registration Process (if enabled):
- If enabled, customers can self-register by visiting your Thulo Cloud installation's base URL
Important Notes:
- When customer registration is disabled, you can only add customers manually from the Thulo Cloud admin area.
