Customer Registration

This article explains how to control customer self-registration within Thulo Cloud and the implications for your customer onboarding process.

Enabling/Disabling Customer Registration:

• Navigate to Setup within Thulo Cloud.
• Go to Settings and then Customers.
  
• Locate the option "Allow clients to register".
  
• Choose "Yes" to enable customer registration, or "No" to disable it.

Customer Registration Process (if enabled):

• If enabled, customers can self-register by visiting your Thulo Cloud installation's base URL
  

Important Notes:

• When customer registration is disabled, you can only add customers manually from the Thulo Cloud admin area.
