Exporting Customer Data

This article explains how to efficiently export customer invoices, estimates, or payment data as a ZIP archive within Thulo Cloud.

Exporting Customer Data:

1. Navigate to the profile of the specific customer whose data you want to export.

2. Click on the relevant tab for the data type you want to export (e.g., "Invoices", "Estimates", "Payments").

Filtering Export Data (Optional):

• You can refine the exported data by selecting a specific status from the available options (e.g., Paid, Unpaid).
  
• Leaving the status filter as "All" will export all data for the chosen category.

3. Click the "Save" button.

Understanding the Export Process:

• Thulo Cloud will compile a ZIP archive containing the data based on your selections (invoices, estimates, or payments).
  
• The included data will reflect the chosen status filter (if applied) and the date range (based on the creation date of invoices/estimates/payments).
