How to Add and Manage Services

This guide explains how to add new services to your website through the Backoffice. It covers creating a service category and then adding a new service under that category.

Step 1: Log In to the Back Office

Open your Backoffice login page and enter your registered email address and password. Once logged in, you will be directed to the main dashboard.

Step 2: Open the Website Menu

On the left-hand sidebar of the dashboard, click Website to open the website management options.

Under the Content Management (Pages, Blogs, Media) section, click Services. This will take you to the All Services page, where all existing services are listed.

Step 3: Service Categories

Before adding a new service, you must first make sure a suitable service category exists. On the All Services page, click Service Category to view and manage your existing categories.

Click the Add New button to create a new category.

Once Add New is clicked a New Service Category popup will be displayed where following sections are displayed

• Title – the name of the category (for example, "Consulting" or "Design").

• Status – select whether the category should be active and visible on the website.

Once you have entered the required details, click Save Changes to create the category.

Step 4: Add a New Service

Return to the All Services page and click the Add New Service button to begin creating a new service.

You will be taken to the Add Your Service page.
Enter the following details:

• Title – the name of the service.

• Description – a short explanation of what the service includes.

• Service Category – select the category this service belongs to.

• Status – select whether the service should be active and visible (Publish) on the website.

• Image (optional) – upload an image to represent the service.

Once all the required information has been entered, click Add Service to publish the service to your website.
