How to change user password in Thulo Mail

When you want to change passwords for Thulo Mail users, please follow the instructions below. 

STEP 1: Login to your controlpanel at https://business.thulo.com/account/login 

STEP 2: Click Services >> My Services

STEP 3: Click the Thulo Mail service in the list:

STEP 4: Click Email Accounts under Management menu:

STEP 5: Click on the edit pencil icon next to email address you would like to change password for:

STEP 6: Enter the new password and re-enter the password for confirmation. If you would like to edit only other details, not the password you can leave it blank. 

STEP 7: Click Confirm
