How to Import Bulk Data into the Leads List- Thulo Cloud CRM

This detailed guide should help you understand each step of the process and ensure that your leads are imported correctly and efficiently.

  1. Navigate to the Admin Page
    โ€ข Open your web browser and go to https://mycloud.thulo.com/login
    โ€ข Log in with your admin credentials if prompted.

  2. Once logged in, locate and click on the "Leads" tab in the navigation menu. This will take you to the Leads management section.

  3. In the Leads section, find and click on the "Import Leads" button.

  4. On the right-hand side, you will see a green button labeled "Download Sample". Click this button to download a sample CSV file. This file contains the required format for importing leads.

  5. Open the downloaded sample CSV file using a spreadsheet application (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets).

    Fill out the CSV file according to the following guidelines:
    1.Name: This field is compulsory. Ensure every lead has a name entered.
    2.Other Details: Fill in other available details such as email, phone number, company, etc. If any field details are not available, you may leave it blank.

    Save the file once all necessary details are filled.

  6. Return to the "Import Leads" section on the admin page.
    Then click on the "Choose File" button to select and upload the filled CSV file from your computer.im6.png

  7. After uploading the file, you will be prompted to set various options.
    Status : Select the status for the leads. There are predefined statuses available, or you can customize them according to your requirements.

  8. Source : Choose the source medium from which you obtained the lead details.
    Again, there are predefined options available, or you can customize this field.

  9. Responsible Assignee : Select the person responsible for these leads from the list of available assignees.

  10. To ensure the data in the CSV file is correct and can be imported without errors, choose the "Simulate Import" option. This process validates the data and provides feedback on any issues that need to be addressed.

  11. After the simulation, you will receive a detailed report about the import file. This report will highlight any errors or warnings. Review this information carefully to ensure everything is in order.

  12. If you are satisfied with the simulation results and there are no errors, proceed to upload the CSV file again.

  13. Click on the "Import" button to finalize the import process. The system will now import the leads into your database.im13.png

  14. Once the import is complete, navigate back to the "Leads" section.im14.png

  15. Check the leads list to ensure that all leads have been successfully imported. Verify that the details are accurate and that the leads are assigned correctly.
