Open a ticket

To open a ticket, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the Customer Portal.

  2. If you do not know how to log in to the Customer Portal, please see this article.

  3. Right below the menu bar on left side, click OPEN TICKET:

  4. Select the type of ticket you want to open by clicking the appropriate department:

  5. After clicking the appropriate department, fill in the Ticket Subject and Message text boxes. You can optionally upload a file and attach it to the ticket.

  1. Click SUBMIT TICKET. We will respond to your ticket as soon as possible.
