This article explains how to link invoices to projects in Thulo Cloud, offering you more flexibility in managing your billing process.

Streamlined Invoice Creation with Project Linking:

Thulo Cloud allows you to directly link invoices to projects during invoice creation, eliminating the need to navigate to the project area first.

Steps:

  1. Go to Menu > Sales > Invoices and click Create New Invoice.
  2. Select the customer associated with the project.
  3. A dropdown menu with linked projects will appear below the customer selection field. (This dropdown will be hidden if no projects are associated with the chosen customer.)
  4. Choose the relevant project from the dropdown menu.
  5. Configure your invoice details as needed (items, pricing, etc.).
  6. Save the invoice.

Verifying the Link:

  1. Navigate to the project area and click on the project, go toย Sales -> Invoices.
  2. You will see the newly created invoice listed and associated with the selected project.
